Hey! I'm Courtney. I am a wedding photographer specializing in intimate desert weddings and elopements. I am based in Salt Lake City, Utah + anywhere you are.
I have been a professional photographer for 6 years. Capturing love, couples, female empowerment sessions, and so many incredible stories. Photography is the gift that keeps on giving. I have made the deepest connections and friendships, and been blessed with the opportunity to story tell and create art.

As the world of social media has grown, the approach to photography has shifted. We've turned into a superficial, face-tuned version of society lacking depth and realness. My goal is to capture the real you.
The double chin belly laughs, the authentic connection you share, immersion in nature. My job is to hold space for you. For your love. For your REAL story.
I get to know my couples on a different level than most. To document your story fully, I want to understand the journey you've been on + how you came to be where you are today.

GET TO KNOW ME
A quick little rundown about me, I grew up in Salt Lake City Utah! I have lived in California, Colorado, and spend as many days as I can on the Oregon Coast where my grandparents live.
When I am not photographing you can almost certainly find me traveling. I have had an incurable itch to travel since I was a teenager. I travel to an average of 15 states a year. My current goal is to visit every national park!
In 2025 I traveled to; Arizona, California, Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, Virginia, Oregon, Washington, Texas, Idaho, and Nevada for weddings!
Besides travel, I love hiking, camping, DIY projects, + simply spending time with my loved ones. I hold family and my chosen family very dear to my heart.
RANDOM FACTS ABOUT ME
I don't say no to opportunities. Last minute travel? My bag is packed. Skydiving? Done. The second I stopped saying no, the world opened up for me.
I have never skied or snowboarded before. Even though I grew up with the "Greatest Snow On Earth" Don't worry, I will be learning this winter!
I have never tried a food I didn't like. I absolutely love trying new things. Besides having celiac, I will eat everything I can!
I am a low-key huge twilight fan. Every single fall I rewatch the movies. I also always have the soundtrack on regular repeat.
I am deeply in love with music. (Who isn't?) My favorite artists are; Trevor Hall, The Lumineers, Noah Kahan, Oliver Hazard, Mumford + Sons, Queen, Jon Bellion, + SO so many others.
